87 plymouth sundance break problems

i have a 1987 plymouth sundance that has 176,000 miles on it. it has treated me very well however recently i sprung a leak in the rear break line. I replaced the line and now have no break preassure. I did bleed the breaks and it didn't help. I think the master cylinder may be busted. is there something i needed to do? any ideas?
