Bar's Radiator Stop Leak... would you suggest?
See my post below about the leaking heater core. Would you suggest using Bar's Stop Leak?

hell no! have it welded/soldered or replaced. that crap will destroy your cooling system.

Replace it.Bars plugs everything up.

Install a new heater core.....PERIOD.

Bar's stop leack actually plugs the heater core rendering it useless.

GM has a cooling system sealer they use in new cars, don't know the part number but it come in a large pill with six or so on a card. Dealer will have it in the parts department, five bucks or so. Works pretty good and if they use it one warranty repairs, it must be ok. Worth a try.
