I have been having a problem for over a week, but usually only during the morning commute. Car will run fine for first 5 minutes, then it starts to shake and vibrate. It's gradual until it feels like I'm driving on a flat tire. Engine feels a little sluggish, too. Don't know if it's just a reaction to whatever else is going on. Brakes become super-sensitive. Steering wheel starts shaking, too. Once I pull off the road and park it, the shaking slows down or stops. From that point on, the car runs fine - even on the way home. Took it to local shop - nothing wrong with tires, alignment or drive axle. Any suggestions?????

Re: 91 Camry strange/intermittent vibrations
check your spark plug wires, see if they are
tightly fitted to the spark plugs. |
