The tC will soon have tons of mods but it'll be the next civic. Its aimed at 16 year olds. It is a car with good value though.....many options for a low price. However the tranny that was taken out of a tractor, heavier body and big moonroof give the RSX the performance advantage.
I'd take the RSX.

I'm partial to the RSX, too. The tC's a nice little car, but it's no Acura...

tC is much cheaper and when adding a supercharger it comes out to the same price as a typeS. The TypeS will probably still take a supercharged tC. Spend the money on an RSX, you won't be dissapointed.

I test drove a tc the other day just for the hell of it and wow.....no comparison.
I drove my type-s to the Toyota dealership so I'd go right from that to the tc and there was a HUGE difference in performance, "cheapness" on the inside, etc. etc.. Go with the RSX.

How so? Its porkier and with a S/C it'll probably be a drivers race with the RSX. The huge moonroof takes away from handling, and the camry/John Deere tranny takes away any benefits the tC should have over the RSX.
The S/C will put it at about 200hp/206tq, and maybe if they release the 300hp extreme s/c then it'll whip the RSX.
