I'm new here, I've got an '04 Spec V 17k miles with an cold air intake and a header (got both for $240) What would be the next big mod. with the bang for the buck in mind?
If you wanna know: I have only had one problem when I shot oil through the ##2 cylinder head.. fixed under warrenty, worked for nissan for a year selling, bought with Brembos and Sunroof for $16,260. I've almost topped out 6th a few times @147mph, I abouse it and it keeps takin it! New tires already (BFG G-Force KDW T/A NT)+0. Full system, Pioneer indash dvd w/mp3+GPS+Performance meter+PS2) Infinity kappa perfects+Kappa's in rear+AudioBahn 15" [AW1508T] powered by an MTX Thunder 1501D @1ohm + MTX Thunder 1004, 0AGU Cable + 2 farad cap+ XM Sat radio. Billet grill+Remote Start w/ 2 way paging [Audiovox]. Limo tint all around no body kit as of yet, still shopping. Car is a magnet for damage, been hit 4 times while parked!!! dent on front and rear bumper as well as pass door. grrr... Did all work myself so if you are on a similar mission I can save u tons of time! |

Re: Got it all>?
the balance shaft removal kit is a good idea, if u want an extra like 8 poines, and for it to rev easier, id also recommend, clutch/light weight flywheel combo and maybe a short throw shifter.

Where can I pick up those sweet mods? Do you know a price range I should shoot for?

look on here, that balance shaft removal is like 90 bucks http://www.clutchmasters.com clutch will run u around 350 for the stage 1, and the flywheel will run u around 550. http://courtesyparts.com/nismo/ short throw shifter will run u around 180 hope that helps. |
