Crank Pulley Prep
Hey, i know the lightned crank pulleys are really hard on the car unless the crank is prepped for it, so i'm just wondering what steps can be taken to prep the engine for the pulley. Those pulleys add a fair amount of power for low cost, so for an all motor build up it could be very beneficial. Thanks a lot for you help in advance.

You don't need to prep the crank. You need to get a pulley that has a harmonic dampener like stock. And I don't know of any. Besides they provide minimal gains.

You can use the pulley as long as it's equivilant to stock specifications.

if it's the stock specs, would it then provide no gains? hehe, seems like a waste
