A trip to the 2004 CHAMP CAR at laguna Seca Raceway!! (pics!!)
Today, I went to sttand the race at Laguna Seca Race Track in Monterey, California with my dad. We had a grat time and watch some Ford Cosworth racing cars take action! So heres some of my pics.
 We had Pit Row suite tickets so we had acces to the pit area. SWEET!!!!   Heres Paul Tracy and Patrick Carpentier racing together one the track. both taking the one and two pole position.  We decided to walk also. We took a rout to the famous corkscrew of the track.    Heres the corkscrew.     We went back to the Pit Row suite later and relaxed ther for the rest of the race.  Oh yes ah race wouldnt be good unless some women had to escort the drivers...   Well this all I hope you enjoyed looking at these pics.

CHAMP car has gone downhill for the last 2 years or so.
i for one sincerely hope that they merge with the IRL at some point, and keep the Toronto race on the map. while i love Tracy, Charpentier and others, i miss Franchitti and some of the other guys that jumped to IRL. i also miss Honda, Toyota and all the other engine makers. it sucks having only one engine maker in a league. i went to the Toronto CHAMP race, i'll post my pics sometime.

Yeah, I was there too. I'll post pictures tomorrow when I get a chance to resize 'n stuff.
