91 s10 dash fan

Hi!

My dash fan does not blow! I get the following voltages when the fan switch in the "HIGH" position:

a 14.3

g b 14.3 c 14.3 d 14.3

g

But no air flow. I pulled the rubber hose off the fan and it either is not spinning or just spinning. I can turn the fan switch to either speed position and get air flow. Every once and a while the fan will put out at high speed.

When I move the fan switch to medium, a goes to less than 1 volt. I get the same in the low speed position.

I was talking to a friend that know more about electronics and he said my switch is the only problem. I am thanking the fan is bad and the switch is having two speeds left.

Any ideas?
