Ouch! It hurts!!!

Well stupid me decided to go and do a major workout at the gym yesterday and now I’m REALLY sore.

Legs hurt, abs hurt, back hurts. I’m walking like an old woman (and I feel like one too!

)

And what makes it even worse is that I know it’s going to hurt even more tomorrow! :cry: :cry:

haha, the good ol' workout soreness. I actually like the feeling, makes me feel like I've done something.

I don’t mind it when it hurts a little bit, but every movement causes pain somewhere at the moment!

Unfortunately I never seem to learn from past experiences, so no doubt I’ll do it again!

I never use deep heat, I just tough it out.
