'87 Civic Si motor swap D15A3 to A20A3...wiring harness and computer???

I've been reading about the motor mount differences, but will the A20 bolt to the 5 speed manual bellhousing in the '87 Civic D15. I'm curious if the '87 Si intake will bolt up to the A20A3 motor since they're both 12 valve A3 heads. If so, then will I be able to use the same wiring harness, distributor and computer from the D15A3 (Si) and bolt it straight to the A20A3 (Accord) motor. Same firing order and timing curve, similiar fuel injection maps? I picked up a '88 Accord motor A20A3 at a junk yard b/c a broken valve destroyed the '87 D15A3 head. Short block at engine builders. Need A3 head for '87 Si.... I know, it's supposed to be impossible, but ECU wise, is it possible. Thanks for all your input.
