SE-R intake/exhaust question

my dad sells cars on ebay, he bought an se-r with what looks like aftermarket intake and exhaust. i have a pic of the engine bay and the rear of the car, can somebody tell me if they are aftermarket?

Intake yes, muffler yes, can't tell more w/o lookin under the car to see if you have a cat back and or mid section or not.. no header.. heatsheild won't bolt up if u had one. also the black smoke smudge above the exhaust would be a red flashing warning sign of a car thats had it ruff to me :/

thanks, but im sure its had it rough in all its 11,000 miles. its an 03.

In that case you may want to buy my friend's civic si with only 4,200 miles on it.. the rings fried (a cause for black smoke) and the motor siezed but its an '04! O and the clutch is gone too... and the tires.
