2002 cav airbag control mod.

Does anybody know where the airbag control module on a 2002 Cavalier is located. I've pulled apart the dash and the center console with no luck...I've replaced both blown airbags and the airbag light on the dash is still lit. The only thing I can think of to replace is the mod, but I can't find it.

Are all the connector position assurance (CPA) connectors are properly connected? The Supplemental Inflatable Restraint(SIR) coil systems is located in the steering colum. Check your connections and sensors and make sure the SIR is centered which can cause malfunction. If that dosn't do it, replaces the sensors of there is some broken loop somewhere. other wise.... I don't know man.

I found the airbag module if anybody is interested. It is located under the front passenger seat under the carpet. You have to remove the front seat to get to it.
