Question 1990 accord automatic to manual transmission swap

I was woundering if anyone has done this type of swap and how hard it was, also what parts do i need??? Ive talked to honda and they told me everthing should bolt right in to place!! But they are not sure about the ECU and the wireing harness??? If anyone could please give me some insite it would be great thatnks...

labor alone is $600 - it requires install of clutch, changing the console to put in shifter. a lotta shops don't like breaking up the drivetrain just to sell you the tranny...just save your $$$ a little longer & get the H22 swap at same time.
