Low Idle, (IAC Issue?)

I'm having a bit of an issue with low idle. I noticed a bit of oil in the intake so I replaced the PCV valve and thoroughly cleaned the throttle body, intake plenum, IAC valve, etc. I've yet to do any electrical testing on the valve itself but suspect it to be the culprit. Likely working on it tomorrow but wanted to see if anyone had suggestions. Thanks

I have low idle, but im running throttle body. Iac may be the case. I replaced mine with no changes cept a little better throttle response.
