Few questions about a 99

Okay, just bought a 99 T&C Limited. So far very nice. Few things I've noticed, and just a few small questions.

1. Were both mirrors powered/heated/glare/memory? Is there any way to tell? My driver's side is, but my passenger currently is not, though I found some broken glass in the ac vent, leading me to believe a small accident or break-in occured.
2. Sometimes, going over speedbumps, the rear suspension seems to bottom out. Struts/shocks/leaf springs(hopefully not all three)?
3. Anyone else have any problem with their fan switch. Of the 5 speeds, 1,2,3, & 5 work. 4 is a dead spot, and it was that way on a switch I picked up a junk yard. Where else should I check for probs.
4. How the he!! do you change the spark plugs on these things?

I think that's all I can think of right now.
