Wiper will not return to park postion when turn off
I have a honda accord LX 96 car. The wiper can not return to park position when it is turned off. And the intermittent delay can not work either. What I can control is low speed and high speed. I have already changed the switch, which can not fix this problem. Can any body tell me how to fix it? Thanks a lot.

Is it due to the intermittent wiper relay? I tried to find this wiper relay under-hood fuse/relay box. But cannot find it. Can anyone tell me where is the wiper relay located?
