Air Conditioner Blower

Vents are not blowing at any speeds with the heater or air conditioner. Can still feel a little cold air when A/C is on and driving. Checked fuses and relay, they all seemed okay. Could this be the blower motor or something else?

Re: Air Conditioner Blower

There are two solutions to your problem. First, replace the blower motor resistor that is installed next to the blower under the dash. This usually fails before the motor fails. It is not hard to change, costs about 40 dollars and can be obtained at the dealer. You may need to remove the motor to get it out. Second, if the motor is good and the resistor has been replaced and the blower still doesn't work then you may need to change the ignition switch. Check the volumes of posts on this subject on this forum and they should outline this problem in significant detail to help you with your problem. Good Luck!
