Watching the Matrix...

... it's not quite the same when you look at the street scenes and you know you've walked them countless times. It takes the magic away.

Still, I guess it would be the same for the Kiwis with LoTR's Shire and Auckland :finger:

The 1st time I saw it, I watched it for that actual movie, and didn't make too much effort with the sites.

The 2nd time, I was pointing to all the places in Sydney I knew. It features the corner where one of my Uni campuses was at in Pitt street.

And believe me...Pitt street is like that during business hours....all these zombies walking about bumping into you!!
