Re: abs brakes

how much experience do you have in working on brake systems??? or cars in general??? i dont mean to be a prick, ive learned alot by just diving in, but the ABS system on a computer controled car is two systems working togeher, botha physical and a computer system, you can cause alot of damage if you dont know what youre doing.

Re: abs brakes

well it seems fairly obvious to me that the problem is in the abs valve. seems that its not allowing enough pressure through to stop the car. can you un-do whatever it is that you did when you "messed with the abs valve"?

i used "messed" for lack of a better term.but, before i did anything, i could not even press the brake pedal at all.i can't un-do anything.sometimes you have to try different things and hope you don't screw up.
