I have a 92 isuzu pickup and I have the same freakin problem. I have changed the fuel filter, plugs, wires, distributor cap, cap rotor, checked the timing and spark test. I checked everything I can think of. I am going to be doing a compression test this week. And I am probably going to do a head rebuild. They have a badass kit on Ebay w/pistons for 350.00. That should fix it. Have you gotten yours fixed now? Any help you could offer would be great. Thanks

Isuzu Truck Running on 3 cylinders
No power. Idles at it's hardest. All vacum lines are connected. What could be the problem? Your response will be greatly appreciated....
