manual windows
i've got a manual window (94 honda civic) which has developed a lot of resistance once it gets down to a certain point, then it will loosen up and go the rest of the way down.
Does anyone know what a typical cause of this could be? I had the door panel off and lubed what i could get to, but it did no good. |

Re: manual windows
Check the little clip that holds the window on to the track. I know on the Talons, theres alil white(?) clip. Maybe theres one for that. Maybe somethings actually caught in the handle intself.

you need a new window regulator it is the mechanism that connects to the glass and to the handle, it does the actual lifting/lowering of the window
der easy to take out and replace...
