Idler pulley , ac compressor pully bearings
how much is a idler pulley? Mines shakin and vibratin quite obnoxious.
I also wanna make my compressor for the ac quieter. It hisses and makes high pitched air sounds that drown out the engine. Any ideas? BTW the AC works great just that stupid sound. Tired of kids askin me if I got a supercharger.

the idler/tensioner pulleys are only $10-$15 each and are easy to replace. The A/C compressor noise you describe sounds like a clutch going bad, not cheap ($150 just for the clutch pulley) and not easy.
