Corsica alternator
I need to replace the alternator in a Corsica that belongs to a colleague at work. Unfortunatly I don't know the specs on the vehicle. She is going to pick up the alternator herself. I was just wondering if there were any quirks to replacing this or is this a fairly easy process.
Thanks for any info, Hebbs |

Loop the belt over the alternator pulley first, then pull it up over the power steering pulley. It really helps to have a serpentine belt tool for a job like this. $15, and you will use it so often you'll be more than glad you bought it.

Re: Corsica alternator
You have to release the tensoner belt, better to have 2 people on this one, one to go under the car and release the tension and the other to simply slip the belt back over the alternator.
