interchange parts in 89 ram150

what other dodges are compatible as in parts to an 89 ram 150 360 eng. w/ overdrive (auto)? We need an engine controller and alternator. Cannot afford new, house just burnt down! Have friend with many junked dodges misc yrs and models. Thanks

As far as the alternator is concerned, just bring your old one over and compare. As long as you have the same number of electrical connections, you should be fine. As for the computer, I believe 88 was the first year for fuel injection, I would think any computer from 88 up to when they started making the magnum (94?) would work. BTW, I might be interested in some interior parts from your friend, can you e-mail me at [email protected] if he's interested in selling some parts? Thanks!
