When driving on the highway or not a perfect road is the outside sound easily heard?

I heard that in the 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002's Infinits I30 the sysytem is hard to hear when driving on the highway because the tires and outside noise is to loud inside the car it out sounds the audio inside the car... Is that true?

I have a 2001 and on concrete roadways it is noisy as opposed to a ashphalt road where it is very much more quieter ! But I've been in a 2004 granprix and it does the same thing so In my opinion all cars are probably pretty much the same !!!!!!!

Is it as loud as to where you cant hear the radio?
Also do you have AIM or any instant messanging where I can ask you questions about an I30 because I am looking into getting one.
