rough ride
first off my cars rides really rough . i mean even the smallest bump seems like a crater. just wondering if this is a characteristic of mustangs . the guy i got it from didnt have it long . so he didnt know what all was done to it before he got it . he said he thinks they may have put lowering springs in the front . it doesnt look like it though.
Second i am planing to install a tube k-member a-arms and coil overs . Has anyone had first hand experience with the ride quality . I see alot of manufactuers claim their product is tough enough for street use . If anyone knows for sure let me know . I'm looking at the D+D or the QA1 brands for my 87 |

Welcome to the marvelous world of the Mustang. Keep in mind that there is no independent rear suspension in the Mustang (Except the 99 and up Cobra). It's not exactly a very sophisticated set-up. That's what makes it so great for drag racing. Every Mustang that lacks the IRS has a pretty rough ride. It also depends on what you consider rough. I would look under the car and see if if still has the stock suspension.
