hello, i have a 1998 dodge ram 1500 2 wheel drive and my ABS and Brake light also stay on, all the time. and my Speedo does not work from 0-30. i have had snap-on use there testing gauges and found nothing too be wrong. dealer said too check wires from my rear end but they seem fine and not coroded. snap-on said some dealers had problems with the abs box. not sure what type of problems. that box is like 300 bucks. well any help would be appriciated and hope this helps you in any way

Re: abs/brake light

rear abs sensors are really common, its possible jams problem might be a abs solenoid assembly. Wait until the light is on the have it checked. If the fault says main relay then you most likely need a solenoid.
