right front signal light is flashin fast

Is this due to a bad bulb, flasher relay, or condenser?

It usualy means the rear one is burnt out.

Lasoto's reply makes sense as the rear has two bulbs and it may not be obvious that one is blown.

Simple check is to turn on the good side and compare how many lamps light up.
