Huge dent...need body work

Hey everyone
someone crashed into me and pretty much crushed my rear right quarter panel around where the taillight sits...i need to get the dent out...anybody have any suggestions? (i already checked and the rame is not twisetd or anything..so its just cosmetic work)

Good metalworking is a real skill that takes years to master. Unless you have a shallow, round dent, with no creases, forget about pounding it out yourself. If its crushed with folds and creases, its usually easier to replace the panel. It you unbolt the fender flare and remove the interior plastic panel and tail light, you can see where the metal panel has been welded to the rest of the car. These welds can be drilled out, the old panel removed and a new one welded into place.

Sometimes though, a body shop might have a metalworker good enough to straighten what you have. It really depends on the nautre of the damage itself.
