digital dash won't work

my digital dash display won't light up, and every place i've called has told me that i need to replace the whole dash. any other suggestions? i've got a 91 s10 blazer

Other than check the fuses, bulbs, and the grounds there really isn't to much that you can do on electronics... without the experience, and tools.

Your best bet is probably take it to a shop, and get it done right the first time.

Unless your dash got really wet I almost can't imagine there being much wrong with it.

go on ebay there is a guy that will fix it for you the motherboard goes in then he will replace it with a better one,
