fog light problem --- cooling light

i own a 97 catera and my fogs never come on.. i change the bulbs and i still nothing .. when i press the bouton for the fogs it dont even come on the dash

lately my cooling ligh on the dash doar always stay on even if the coolin system is full.

any idea about that...?
