Miata Remote and key!

I have just bought this blondie 2002 SE. Adorable. But came with jus 1 set of remote and key.
1- Will try to buy one from ebay. However I still have to program it. Any body has a programming guide for 2002 miata remotes?
2- the dealer is ripping me for the extra key ($135+$80) . Any ideas to get a cheaper key?

I received the instructions from my local Mazda dealer. Is there some way to send you a email with an attachment?
