Re: Slow Progress: AUDI 90 Quattro (Fujimi 1/24)
Looks nice, but those panel lines look a bit harsh in black. They just stand out way too much. That Golf looks interesting too.

Re: Slow Progress: AUDI 90 Quattro (Fujimi 1/24)
Paint the Audi wheels silver, it'll look uber-pimp.
BTW who makes the 90 kit?

The AUDI kit is from FUJIMI.
The big bumper kits for the Golf II are resin kit. My friend ordered it for me thru ebay somehow... But since the b/bumpers are for REVELL's Golf II, they don't fit my FUJIMI Golf too well. Some modifications done. RE the side-skirts, I shaved the skirts from a FUJIMI Golf III and applied to this Golf II. Anyway, thanks for the comments!! I will try to change the color of the wheels |

Wooww, good job so far
After the red one we saw a few weeks ago (can't remember the builder ), now yours in yellow. Cool Audi si invading the forum I ckecked my old boxes this week, and found this kit partialy built, checked for the parts and found them too. Good, I have everything to make one too. Sure, yours will be my inspiration. About, the wheels, I would go for black. Black and yellow is a nice combo IMO. Anyway, can't wait for more

Looking good!
I built a red one a while ago. I think there is a green one in progress somewhere. The bumper needs a strong attachment because the chassis fits pretty tight. The grill had a very tight fit also. I had to sand off a bit to make it fit. It is a good idea to fill the back of the front seat eventhough it is not noticeable once completed. That's all I can remember. |

Oh I see... Thanks for that. As for the color of the rims IMO it looks good, don't bother changing it.
