Question Cutting Springs to lower the 'trix

I want to cut the springs on my 'trix, to lower the ride by an inch. I know it is doable and the springs won't bust on me, but will create a more 'bouncier' ride. The question is: are there any other side-effects to other parts of the car, such as the shocks?

Re: Cutting Springs to lower the 'trix

Yo, WHY NOT SPEND THE 100$ on a pair of decent springs? seriously, if you are going to lower your car do it right, also, depending on how much you are going to lower it, or cut the springs, you should go with some aftermarket struts/shocks as well. These run any where from 200-350 depending if you want regular or adjustable. MY ADVICE IS TO DO IT RIGHT, the ride will be much better, as well as the handling.
