Question fluid in vacuumm line

I have a 94 S10 Blazer 4.3 I am getting transmission fluid in the vacuum lines coming from the switch on the transfercase. I put a new switch on
the 4wd worked great that day but it no longer works right.

Re: fluid in vacuumm line

There are a few problems to watch out for (my 89 went through this twice). The tranny fluid will pool in your vacuum ball under the hood. That's gotta be drained, and it's a very slow process to do it.

Secondly, tranny fluid is now all through your vacuum system. Both times, it rotted my heater door vacuum diaphragm under the dash. It's not a big deal to replace. I'd get the tranny fluid out of the vacuum ball ASAP to try to avoid any further problems.
