car stalls out

im new to this but im having a real problem when i start my car (95 talon esi) it either idles at about 2,000 rpms or it will stall out but when i get it runnin and i come to a stop light it will just stall out has anyone had these problems or have any suggestion????

im having the exact same problem with my 90 esi, and i also need help, i have a friend who knows everything about these cars and im waiting for him to get back from vacation, and then well fix it and ill let ya know
