95 Blazer Pulls Left

I have a 95 Blazer 114k miles on it and a few days ago I noticed everytime I pushed on the breaks it would pulls to the left. I took it to a tire shop to have them look at it. They couldn't figure out what was wrong. I just put new breaks on about year and half ago. I'm wondering about the calipers or the rotors. I had a break shop look at my rotors about 2 years ago and they said That I can't turn them I should buy new ones. Well I totally forgot about it til now. They never squeak or anything. So I don't know what else it could be.

If the shop was unable to turn your rotors it's probably becasue they were to worn out. I would deffinately buy new rotors. Since the rotors are not even I would just purchse new brake pads as well.

Re: 95 Blazer Pulls Left

Probably a seized caliper.

Take it into someone that does brake work. You'll most likely need pads, rotors, calipers.

Yes, these guys are right.

One thing, don't go to a tire shop to get your brakes checked.

Re: 95 Blazer Pulls Left

Do you have any ideas on how much it will cost to replace all of it?

It is hard to say with out looking at it. take off your front wheels and if one of your rotors is rusty on one side it is frozen and they should be replaced in pairs. buying loaded calipers is cheapest. check your brake hoses for cracks and flexibility if you see cracks they gots to go! if not bleed them all around. hoses can deteriorate on the inside and screw up your whole system and be careful of which rotors you buy some manufacturers make them at minimum runout so they cant be turned and they are likely to warp

alignment and tire pressure could also be factors

Oh shit, I completely forgot that!

Check to see if your tire pressure is 32psi STONE COLD in each tire.
