cool fan issues

just wondering if anyone knows about were i can find a diagram of the fuses and which one does what on both the engine fuse box and the one under the dash board. and if some would happen to know were the sensor is for the cooling far cause i really haven't gotta clue. and also i own a 99 cougar v6 2.3 or 2.5 not to sure but if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. and also i do not have the owners manual waiting on it from the ford dealership.
