metallic noise

hallo to everybody. please help me. ihave a problem with the engine of my grand 4.0 96'. there is a metallic noise from the top of my engine.
When i throttle up and the rpm is rising, the metallic noise get harder.

anybody know what is this?

prolly a valve lifter or rocker lever or somethin maybe the cam is worn

metallic scraping noise or a tapping noise? If it's a lifter, I assume it'd be more of an annoying tapping, but if its a metallic scraping noise...oye, I don't even want think of what it can be.
