targa top avenger

Hi all I own a 1996 dodge avenger. i was woundering if any one would know how to or have any ideas how put a targa top on to a avenger. I have heard there is one in florida and it looks nice. i have never seen it done or even heard of it till a friend put the idea on allpar for me.
