Re: Which Carbon Fibre hood?

Thanks man

See dazza, instead of installing cheapass ugly parts just for the pure simple reason to install parts, you could have kept it clean and be the one getting replies like that.

Re: Which Carbon Fibre hood?

richocet makes a good point, painting your bodykit will improve the look of your car 10 times more than putting on a carbon fiber hood. so are you taking of the blitz kit and putting on the R34? by the way i like the Evo style hood, more clean than the others.

Yes, Silverbolt makes a good point. If you go VIS, stick with their OEM style CF hood. Some of thier others tyles don't fit quiet as well.

Also, Fiber Limages OEM style CF hood fits well, and Kaminari makes some good hoods that fit also.

Whatever you get, I'd spend the money and have it clearcoated a well. It will help keep it protected and looking nicers over the long haul.

Also, where thats your car in the sig or not doesn't mater to me. However, when you get the hood and body kit for the EG hatch, spend the money on having the kit fitted, installed, and painted BEFORE you spend any money on anything else, hood or otherwise...that or get the hood first and wait on the kit until you can affrod to buy it, instal and paint it. Finish one thing before you start on the next, and don't do a project like a kit "in peices"...buying it and installing it, and then driving around with it unpainted for 3 months before you can afford to paint it.

If you can't afford to paint it, leave it off the car until you can.

LOL...seriously though, I've never understood why poeple buy a kit, install it and then drive around with it unpainted..if you can't afford to paint it, take it off and put the PAINTED sotck bumpers back on. Putting on a primered and/or un-pianted boldykit, leaving it on and driving around just makes a car look nasty...if you can't afford to paitn it, roll stock (which IS painted) until you can.
