i'll guess i'll start now who in the hell would put a damn nissan engine in there civic ???? Hell if u were gonna go through all that trouble you should have just gotten a Skyline or something instead of this .....it kinda reminds me of rice...b/c at first i would go WOW! but then 10 seconds later i would be LoL . Now Put in a b18c-5 or hell just get the s2000 motor in it .... and :finger: that goes out to all u nissan owners and ..skyline people ...that includes u too igor

I highly doubt it. I moderatly tuned DET will be pulling 11's - 12's easy. You also contradict yourself in your post, sort of:

so dropping a s2000 couldnt pull 10's

I beleive it was good old Mr. shelby himself said "Horsepower sells cars, Torque wins races." Maybe I am wrong. I dont know though.

he dint say it was a ten sec car w/ any motor... he meant that once the realization set in...
that is what is called a dramatic pause...


i dont know why someone would do that though...
why not buy a 240sx w/ rwd and build that?
civics are nice, but rwd is nicer...

Exactly what "DET" are you talking about? The CA18DET and the RB25DET are two very different engines. Such a vague, generic statement does nothing to help you prove your point...
