2.4 quad four eng swap

hey, i was wondering if or how many modifications i would have to go throught to put a 99 2.4 litre quad four engine from japan, in my 99 cavalier Z24. I was also wondering if anyone has any general info on the 2.4 quad four, as a comparison to the 99 2.4 litre twin cam? Is this a bright idea??

sounds like a dumb idea, would prolly be more work than its worth cause not only would you have to change the engine, also all the electrical, transmission, just a big dumb waste of time for little to no gains. If u want power buy a turbocharger. . .
