Re: Crx's with ls motor

Usually ppl run low 15s or high 14s with bolt ons. For SI motor usually on a healthy motor runs like high 15s with bolt ons.

Re: Crx's with ls motor

Well i was wondering cause i have a stupid ass guy telling me a crx with a b18 will only do 15 or mid 15 on motor and i know for a fact they do mid 14 to low 14 cause my friend did a ls swap on one and i bought the car off of him and then sold it...Plus i have a friend with gutted rex si with E/I he ran 15 flat. This guy is just fucking stupid so i wanted to prove him wrong..

Re: Crx's with ls motor

I have run a 14.7 at 91mph with a 2.1 60' with just an ebay short ram and a thermal cat back in a pretty heavy crx for a crx. It also had a broken motor mount.

I have run a fastest 93mph with the same setup with a shittier 60' so im sure it would see 14.5, 14.6's with better grip and that motor mount fixed.

Anything is possible, people should see quicker time's in lighter crx's. Im also on a diet trying to get my weight down. I can drive the car very well but im still a big guy and im sure that hurt's more than it helps.

Re: Crx's with ls motor

I have a video of me running a modded srt-4 from a roll, it's on the net.

I have a video of me running from a dig with a 13.7 91 formula and he get's me by a car. Im not just some noob making up time's

You want to argue it or else you would have said nothing. We dont have to argue I can enlighten you and we can debate. I mean I like you I like siz I like all you b16 lover's but I have had great time's with the LS motor.

Re: Crx's with ls motor

I honestly believe he is doing those times..The fact that i had a rex my friend built and he timed it and ran a 14.4@97 i think dont know what his 60 was off hand cause that was in 02 when he built my hatch but those things will scoot with ls..The guy i sold that to is now spanking one of my friends srt's well was now the srt has all stage 3 ungrade pushing 440whp so he will have to boost that crx or something to hang with him now...I know the si with d16 on around 22 psi also another one of my friends was at the track he was like if i dont hit low 12's im going home well he turned boost up to 22psi and ran got half way down and blew hole in side of block and still managed to run a 13.1 some funny shit...
