So after about a month of aboslutley no communitation that fucking bitch threatened me again! For those of you who dont know who Im talking about read this post That bitch sent people the threaten me before and a month later she has the nerve to text me saying she had no idea that people came the threaten me dispite the fact that they said personal shit to me that she could have only told them a few hours before they came to threaten me I have had absolutly no contact with her in the last month. After I was threatened the first time I sent her a text that said " If you send them again Im calling the cops. GOODBYE BITCH! Leave me the hell alone!" I dont think I could be any clearer about that. Just over a month later I get a reply that says " Where do you get off thinking I sent the guys that day. I didnt know they when until you texted me that they did. And dont ever threaten me ever again" Does it sound like I threatened her, yes I called her a bitch, but did I threaten her, NO! I reply with " How did they know all that personal shit if you didnt send them?" Her reply was "Because I told them but I didnt send to show up at your place, but Im glad they did cause now you leave me alone, watch your back this isnt over!" WTF.. Leave you alone.. Ive never started a conversation with her since we broke up, let alone seen her. The closest Ive ever been to her was about a mile from her house becuase, her house is colse to one of the main drags through the city, but Ive never even been on the same street as her sice we broke up. The police have already made an "Off the record" visit to her house the first time she had me threatened, I have no idea what to do now besides starting a total all out war with her. I want nothing to do with this pychotic little bitch. I thought the text that said " leave me the fuck alone bitch! BTW my gf says FUCK OFF PYCHO BITCH!" would get the message across better than forget we ever met. Last time they came to threaten me they were armed, they didnt show the wepons but you could see the outlines in their pockets. If anyone cares rule #1 when fighting: NEVER TURN ON THE GUY THAT TRAINED YOU! the odds are if he tought you how to use the weapon, his probably much more familure with it than you are. I wonder what she has in store for me this time. Does anyone know what I can do about her, I tired to leave her alone, but she obviously wants so keep pissing me off. The paintball marker is already loaded with "BE Blue Streaks" (basically the hardest paintballs on the market) with the velocity set well over 350ft/sec, max safe setting is 300ft/sec Pepper spray and baseball bat are easily acessable. I cant think of anything else to do besides the more lethal methods. I want to keep this strickly a defencive measure (for now ) Anyone got any other ideas?

I think that before you take a vigilante approach in response to this, you ought to go and file for a restraining order against her. Then if anything else happens, you can sue her for money if she breaks it and she'll be in jail to boot.

If that doesn't get it through her head, there's not much else you can do. Try this approach, i hope things work out if you do.

change your phone number or whatever so that her messages won't come through. that'll help you out alot so that she can't really contact you through your cell phone. then move all your other contacts and whatnot to another e-mail address. don't use the other one and let it run out, but until then, sign up for alot of spam stuff so that your old e-mail will get filled and all of her messages will be returned back. that covers the technological points of view. try a restraining order or something, and get a gun liscense or something. people get really persuasive when a glock is pointed at them. you could try the 3rd one, but i suggest going for the 1st 2 ideas. chances are that she gets a kick out of this, because she still has access to call your voicemail and e-mail and whatnot. if she has no more access, then she'll give up. plus like my little brother michael, if you give the person a bigger reaction, to their actions, then chances are that they'll continue to come back more annoying than ever. when you start yelling, it's like adding more fuel to the fire, and giving her more energy to open her annoying trap and bark out more filth like the annoying bitch you say she is. man i'd back you up if i were there, but since i'm not, i hope that you get that crazy girl out of your life man

1.restraining order (do it to her before she does it to you)

2. block her # from your cell. (you should be able to do this through your cell phone company or so i think) last resourt, change your #

3. do not, i repeat, do not respond to anymore of her calls, IM, emials, etc.

4. be sure to save all call logs from her contacting you. (print them and save phone records)

5. stop antagonizing her by calling her names. lol (this is why she keeps responding)

6. bare arms

7. never point a gun unless you intend to use it.

8. every time she contacts you, follow up w/ a police report.

9. you MUST cut all contact w/ her.

10. i repeat, do not contact her in anyway shape or form.

did i say do not contact her even if she calls you? lol

I want to piss her off to the point that she looses control of her fire and does something stupid enough to get put into jail, I looked into the restraining order thing, its to much hassle and the only real thing it does is give me the ability to charge her if she is caught around me. Ill look into getting my P.O.L I like target shooting anyways, but Ill take a berrta over a glock anyday!

Edit* I cut all contact with her. She is blocked on all my email accounts, IM's I even have her blocked on my cell phone but for some reason she can still text me. As for calling her names, I am only responding with the same level of force as she has shown me. Unfortunatly she used to be on my paintball team, so she learned to strike fast and aggressive and get out before the enemy (me) can retaliate(sp) so if she does pull something it will be over with before the police can do anything. I called a friend of mine who happend to be a cop and alerted them of her threats and they will keep an eye on her if she is spotted. For now thats about all I can do, until she makes a move.

my only concern is what if something happened to her and you was to blame though no fault of yours. if you had all incidents on file the police would more likely belive you b/c records would show her acting out at you.

just think about it. if this girl is a crazy as you say, what if she gets beat up and decides to tell the cops that it was you. no witnesses, no one but her and perhaps those who are responsible for beating her up know what really happened. now, do you think the police are going to believe you did it if you arleardy had a case built against her. sure you may be able to prove you weren't around when it happened but i'm just saying, prepare yourself for the worst. cover your ass b/c i've seen this type of shit happen.

Ive already got my ass covered, she has at least 2 counts of assult on her record that I know of while I am totally clean. I do lots of volunteer security work in the area I live in so all the cops know who I am. While doing this work I am authorized to restrain people pending further investigation by the police, so the police already know if I do anything I will have just cause. Its not her I am really worried about, its more her friends, They used to be my friends as well, I tought them how to fight, so I know what they are capable of. Since I know they both carry weapons of some sort, there is really not much I can do without resorting to knife fights, should they try anything.
The only other thing I can think of would be to get her where it hurts, she has a really old dog(11 or 12) with arthritis in its hips. Their vet has recommened, several times that the dog be put down because of its age and arthritis. This dog bit me once before and it resulted in a trip to the hospital to have the wound cleaned, so it was documented by the doctor. I could report it to aminal control and this would be the 3rd strike againts the dog and there for the dog would be put down. Now I know all of you are sitting there thinking how could he harm an animal like that. Well let me say the dog is in pain, it can hardly walk, when it does walk it yelps with every step. Even her parents agree the dog should be put down, but because it is her dog and she loves it, she wont have it put down. So my question is Do I want to have this dog put down to put it out of its misery? Also am I willing to report the dog to cause her more pain so she will leave me alone?

id say some glass marbles with the little bubbles in them woudl do better then really hard paintballs, and if u use paintballs load a hopper and freeze it so when u shoot them they will be like rock hard
