I have a 1996 buick Park Ave. in perfect condition with 150,000 on it what service issues should I expect to be poping up at this point?

With this mileage expect Injectors to fail, Tranny might begin with issues, if it doesn't have a tranny cooler installed besides the factory cooler in the radiator, get one installed, it will save you money in future. go though the whole motor with a complete tune-up and complete fluid change on all fluids. 02 sensor needs replacing and all filters. get the car lubed, etc. Other than that you should be in decent shape.

Keep an eye on the intake manifold.

Service Completed
I replaced the alternator,Water Pump,Belt Tesioner Pulley (squeeling noise) ,Radiator Hoses,Spark Pluges,Ignition wires and air filter.
How expensive and how big a deal is it to ad transmission cooler. How much if I need to replace the transmission? Has anyone replaced the radiator? How much was that? Will the power steering and air condition hold out? |

Re: 1996 Buick Service
Flush out the brake fluid while you are at it. Low cost and could save ABS repairs.
