idle problem? and boost problem...

my car idles at 200-300rpm sometimes sounding like it is going to die...how do i fix this? (new 3" exhaust cause this?)
also lately my car doesnt seem like it is boosting right, push down the gas and the boost rises to 10 psi on the boost gauge before it "unleashes" and takes off...do I had a timing issue, messed up turbo...or what

sounds like a boost leak...check the forums about test leak...my 0.02$

are you venting your BOV? that would also cause you to run at low RPMs... but yea do a boost leak check!
