Sputtering

Once again, I have a 95' cavalier and when I get to a stop light my car boggs down and then it kicks in and revs up again. Boggs down and then kicks the revs up again. Sometimes it shakes when im at a stop light and it gets really annoying. Is there anything you can tell me about this?

Re: Sputtering

Many things can cause your symptoms. Have someone scan your car to see if you have any codes stored. If so, replace teh indicated parts. If not, you could have a sticky EGR valve or IAC valve. Worst case scenario, you have a blown head gasket/ cracked head that is bleeding off compression at low rpm.
