yes, but i think you have to notch it out.

yeah I read something about you have to modfify one of the bolt holes that bolts it to the outside of the head I believe.

Yeah, it will work but you do have to custom fabricate one bolt for the dizzy. 2 will work fine, I know a few people with mini-me's using only 2 bolts to hold the dizzy on.

it will work only if you use the pm6 ecu + si intake mani (including injectors). then you'll need an RPM activated switch
i've heard of only using 2 bolts as well...but thats sorta  to me
