Integra Turbo Manifolds

Just bought a '94 integra LS all fixed-up. Problem is, it has a turbo and the turbo exhaust headers cracked, ie they were made of cast iron which I guess could'nt take the extra temperatures. A welder tried welding the cracks, but they re-opened after a few months.

I'm thinking of putting in staineless steel turbo manifold (guaranteed never to crack), found some on ebay, but I don't know if the wastegate I have now will fit, looks like it would be tight. Might also block the AC hose. I never use the AC anyway, would dissconnecting the AC hose to fit in the new headers and wastegate effect the engine performance? Before spending $400.00 on the new headers, I was looking for some suggestions.

Would appreciate any advice.
P.S. I live in Los Angeles, so if anyone knows any good import tuner shops that specialize in Integras please let me know.

Re: Integra Turbo Manifolds

Full Race and Lovefab make great turbo manifolds from what i've seen and heard. They're a bit pricey though. www.lovefab.com or www.full-race.com
